Terms and Conditions
This document establishes the Terms and Conditions governing the booking and provision of photography, audiovisual, and guided tour services offered by the commercial establishment ZOOMFIE (hereinafter, “The Company”). By making a reservation or hiring any of our services, the client fully and unreservedly accepts the conditions set forth herein.
1. Booking Process and Payment
Quote: Every session and experience is unique. Rates vary based on coverage time, the type of audiovisual material requested, and the selected location within the region.
Bookings: To secure date and time availability for a Photo Tour or regular session, a minimum advance notice of one (1) week is required. For special events or marriage
proposals, bookings must be managed at least fifteen (15) days in advance.
Confirmation Method: A reservation will only be considered confirmed once the client pays the deposit or previously agreed percentage through our official customer service channels.
2. On-Site Logistics and Experience Execution
Advance Arrival: The ZOOMFIE team will arrive early at the agreed location to analyze lighting conditions, assess the space, and coordinate technical details, ensuring everything is ready before the start time.
Punctuality: The client agrees to adhere to the agreed schedule. Delays on the client’s part may be deducted from the total session time so as not to affect The Company’s subsequent commitments.
Guiding and Style: ZOOMFIE operates under a natural, candid, and unposed photography approach The team will gently guide the client; however, the final outcome depends on the natural environment and the organic dynamics of the session.
3. Cancellation Policy and Weather Conditions (Force Majeure)
Weather Conditions: When operating in outdoor locations (such as Guatapé, El Peñol, or San Rafael), if the weather puts the integrity of the technological equipment (cameras, drones, 360 booths) at risk or severely affects the visual experience, ZOOMFIE will reschedule the session immediately and at no additional cost, subject to schedule availability.
Client Cancellations: Date changes or cancellations must be notified as far in advance as possible, under the commercial terms agreed at the time of the deposit.
4. Delivery Times and Material Format
Express Preview: On the same day the session takes place, the client will receive an express preview of the material, optimized and ready to be shared on social media.
Final Delivery: The complete edited material will be delivered within five (5) to a maximum of eight (8) business days after the session, through a private digital gallery.
Raw Files (RAW): ZOOMFIE does not deliver unedited photographic files or files in raw (RAW) format. Professional editing of light, color, and style is a fundamental part of our visual identity and premium quality seal.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Client Use: The client acquires personal-use rights to the delivered images and videos, and may reproduce, share, and print them freely for non-commercial purposes and without resale.
Brand Portfolio: Unless otherwise agreed or the client expressly requests privacy for justified reasons, ZOOMFIE reserves the right to use excerpts of the captured material for promotional purposes for its portfolio, website, and official social media.
6. Changes to the Terms
ZOOMFIE reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to adapt them to market needs or legal regulations. The terms in effect at the time the booking payment is made will be the ones that apply to that service.
