1. Data Controller
The party responsible for processing your personal data is the commercial establishment ZOOMFIE, with primary operations in Eastern Antioquia, Colombia. 2. Data Processing and Purpose
Personal data collected through our web forms, WhatsApp chats, social media channels, or directly (such as name, phone number, email address, travel dates, and event details) will be processed automatically and manually for the following purposes:
To manage requests for information, quotes, and the scheduling of photography and audiovisual experiences under the ZOOMFIE brand.
To execute the commercial, contractual, and logistical relationship of the acquired services (coordination of routes, locations, schedules, and meeting points).
To send booking confirmations, sneak peeks of photographic material, videos, or final digital galleries.
To carry out marketing activities, commercial offers, newsletters, and promotional content exclusive to ZOOMFIE, provided the user has not explicitly expressed their opposition.
To comply with current accounting, tax, administrative, and legal obligations required by Colombian authorities.
3. Rights of Data Subjects
In accordance with Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, as the subject of your personal data, you have the following rights:
To access, update, and rectify your personal data with ZOOMFIE at any time, particularly regarding partial, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data.
To request proof of the authorization granted to The Company for data processing, except where legally exempted.
To be informed by The Company, upon request, regarding the specific use given to your personal data.
To lodge complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of data protection laws.
To revoke authorization or request the deletion of your data when you consider that the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees.
4. Processing of Sensitive Data and Data of Minors
Sensitive Data: ZOOMFIE does not collect or request data of a sensitive nature (such as racial origin, religious beliefs, political views, health data, etc.). If any such data is ever required, the data subject will be informed that responding is strictly voluntary.
Minors: During family or group photography sessions where images of children and adolescents are captured, ZOOMFIE will mandatorily require express verbal or written authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, ensuring the protection of their fundamental rights and best interests at all times.
5. Procedure for Exercising Rights (ARCO)
Data subjects, their successors, or legal representatives may submit inquiries or claims to access, update, rectify, or delete their information by sending a formal communication to the email address: zoomfie@gmail.com
Inquiries: These will be addressed within a maximum term of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt. If it is not possible to address the inquiry within this period, the interested party will be informed, and an additional period of no more than five (5) business days will be granted.
Claims: If the data subject considers that their information should be corrected or deleted, they shall submit a claim that will be addressed within a maximum term of fifteen (15) business days starting from the day following its receipt.
6. Information Security
ZOOMFIE adopts the technical, human, and administrative measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent consultation, use, or access. Access to digital galleries and contact information is strictly restricted to authorized personnel responsible for delivering the service.
7. Validity and Amendments
This policy is effective as of its publication on this website. ZOOMFIE reserves the right to modify or update this Data Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to legislative reforms or internal business changes. Any substantial modifications will be promptly communicated through this website.
